Adicionar o meu Professional Email ao Outlook (Mac)


Step 5 of the Set up my Professional Email series.

Add your Professional Email account to Outlook for Mac. Then you can send and receive business emails from your Mac.

  1. Abra o Outlook para Mac.
    • Novo utilizador: irá ver o ecrã Configurar o seu Email.
    • Existing users: Select Tools > Accounts > Add (+) > New Account.

      Add and select Add Account
  2. You'll see a screen that says your messages will be synced to the Microsoft Cloud. Select Continue.

  3. Enter your email address and select Continue. (If Outlook for Mac can't auto-discover your account, select IMAP/POP.)

  4. Enter your Professional Email password and select Add Account.

  5. Select Done. Outlook will verify your Professional Email account settings and load your inbox. If you have more than one email account, you'll need to exit Accounts to see your inbox.

Resolução de problemas

Check that your IMAP server and port settings are correct and select Add Account.

  • Porta de SSL: 465 (ou 587)
